Over the past few years, Scott has expanded incentAdvise to allow for growing clientele, and to ultimately provide outstanding customer service, great client relationships, and a seamless, diligent approach to developing tax credit studies.
Scott is an expert in tax credits and tax incentives, and is always looking for new ways for his clients to save money on their corporate and individual income taxes. In recent years, there have been aggressive legislative changes constructed around the small to mid-cap businesses. With the help of Scott and his team, incentAdvise annually saves each of its clients tens of thousands to millions in income tax savings.
Kendyll joined the incentAdvise team in 2017. Since coming on board, she has assisted the firm by helping to grow and expand the company in various areas. With her expertise in customer service, marketing, and administration, Kendyll is responsible for maintaining positive client relationships, developing marketing plans and materials, and day-to-day operations.
During the end of the 2018 year, Kendyll began to also work in the tax department. She has since become well-versed in the Research and Development (R&D) tax credit , often assisting in tax credit development, analysis, and reporting for clients.
Kendyll is currently a student at California State University, Fullerton. She plans to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology this May.
Norm also joined the incentAdvise team in 2017, responsible for overseeing the tax department and developing Research and Development (R&D) tax credits for clients. With over 20 years of experience in corporate and individual taxation, he has consulted with multi-national companies on general income tax-related issues. Norm began has career with an international Big Four public accounting firm in Silicon Valley. He has also worked for regional accounting firms, publicly held corporations, and specialty tax consulting firms.
After working with companies in the high technology, software development, manufacturing, and various other industries, Norm has the experience to advise tax payers with general corporate and individual income taxation issues, general business credits, state income taxation and apportionment and various other income tax-related issues.
Senior Tax Manager
Matt came on board this 2019 year as the incentAdvise client base grew exponentially. Matt is responsible for a variety of tax credit-related duties. Most importantly, he assists with a client's Research and Development (R&D) tax credit analysis, calculation, and documentation.
Matt is a student at California State University, Fullerton, majoring in Finance. He is expecting to graduate in December 2019. His studies have provided him with the background necessary to understanding accounting and tax preparation, making him a valued asset to the incentAdvise team.
Fred has been a part of the incentAdvise team since 2018, helping to develop new clients and prospective relationships. His understanding of the Research and Development (R&D) tax credit has assisted him in identifying qualifying businesses who were not utilizing the R&D tax credit at all, or not utilizing the credit to the best of its ability.
Fred was a head sales manager for one of the largest LED corporations in the nation for 2 years before joining incentAdvise. With his assistance, Fred saved new clients nearly 2 million dollars on their income taxes in the 2017 tax year alone.
